Become a meditation teacher (100 hours) Payment in installments possible

In the first half of the course, you will deepen both your own practice and your knowledge of meditation.
In each block, you will delve deep into the background and traditions of the respective method and learn about the current state of research. We will also show you how you can practise, understand and deepen these methods yourself. During your training, you will also take part in three retreat days, each of which will take place on a Saturday.

The second part of the training prepares you to teach the meditation methods you have learned yourself. You will learn what you need to pay attention to in order to teach these methods in an easily understandable way, both in practice (how to lead meditations, how to set up meditation classes, etc.) and in theory (where the methods come from, what the traditions/philosophies say and what the current state of research is). In this second part, there are also feedback sessions in which you have the opportunity to lead meditations yourself and receive individual feedback.

Deepen your practice (50 hours)

If you are unsure whether you would like to teach or would generally “just” like to deepen your own meditation practice and knowledge of meditation, you can take part in the first half of the training. Here you will also learn what meditation is, where it comes from and how our brain works. Then we continue with the most important forms of meditation. We start with focus meditation, then move on to mindfulness and vipassana and end with metta meditation. In each block, you will delve deep into the background and traditions of the respective method and learn about the current state of research. We also show you how you can practise, understand and deepen these methods yourself. Within the first 50 hours, we also offer you two retreat days, each of which takes place on a Saturday.
If you decide afterwards that you would like to take part in the second half and become a meditation teacher, you can simply “upgrade” to the full 100 hours for an additional €989.

Our customers say it best

Philipp Nowak was my meditation teacher for a long time. During the training, I learned various meditation exercises, cognitive neurological processes during meditation as well as positive physical effects. It has greatly enriched my knowledge and I can highly recommend the training at Mindfulife.

Verena Kiesel

The psychologists from Mindfulife greatly enriched our conference! They used mindfulness group exercises and meditations to encourage participants to reflect on their inner attitude towards digitalization. They patiently and authentically accompanied these processes, underpinned them with the results of scientific studies and, last but not least, lightened things up with a few jokes. Very inspiring and highly recommended for both large conferences and small teams.
